本文以我国乘用车子午线轮胎为研究对象,采用生命周期评价(LCA)方法,核算其全生命周期过程的碳足迹及其分 布,识别其减碳潜力。研究结果表明,1t 轮胎生产阶段、运输阶段、使用阶段和废弃处理处置阶段的碳足迹分别为 2980kgCO2-eq、 102kgCO2-eq、10633kgCO2-eq和-424kgCO2-eq。轮胎的碳足迹主要来源于使用阶段和生产阶段,分别贡献了 80%和 22%的碳足迹;废弃处理 处置阶段,由于废旧轮胎资源化,贡献了-3.2%的碳足迹。敏感性分析表明,轮胎的滚动摩擦力是影响轮胎碳足迹的关键性因素。采 取生态化设计降低生产阶段的资源和能量消耗,降低使用阶段的能耗,注重废弃处理处置阶段的资源化方式,可以显著降低轮胎的碳 足迹。
